我变了

近来发现自己非常小女人。我会比较价钱。看这家，比那家。 

想想下，家里还有，不急，就不买。看下次到另外一间是否有便宜，更经济。

我开始注意常常买的饼干和饮料。

拿它们从东家和西家比。

看来看去，比来比去，我也不懂有没有省下多少钱。

总之我和以前不一样了。

以前买东西不看价钱，看到是需要就买。

女儿曾经说我，妈咪买东西不看价钱的。

反正要用到，是差那几个硬币，我不在意。买！

小心以外还是发生

Nobody wants to get hurt, we want to live happy and healthy.

Somehow, accident happens.

I was accidentally twisted on my right foot on 28th July  .........was hurt and painful.

I have to suffer to the following few days.
Be my own masseur, massage it 20 minutes for every 2 hours.

I cried because of the pain.

It was a small accident in 2020.
Pray hard to have a blessed days ahead in this 2020.

Today is Public Holiday, at least it is a bonus day for me to a have another rest day.


大家都期望日子过得快乐和健康。
可是意外往往是来得突然。
7月28日，我不小心把右脚拗到。那个痛是可以痛到叫妈妈的。

接下去的日子难过是可以想象得到的。
我自我做按摩师，每2个小时推捏20分钟。

或许哭可以减痛吧，就哭了。

这是2020年的一个小小意外。希望接下去的日子，平安渡过吧。

今天7月31日，是个公假，我至少还可以休息多一天。

沙拉 (salad)

近来对沙拉情有独钟。一连2天做了2 次。

一人份容易做。

不懂是健康意识还是懒惰。

应该是懒惰的成分比较高。

每次一下厨就非常习惯性要把整个厨房的地板洗抹一番，
挺累人的。

做沙拉不用太大的动作。

没几分钟的时间就可以坐下来享受可口的杰作。

自己给自己打分。100分，好吃！

快乐的行程

2018年尾和2019年初是我和女儿个别旅行最开心的时光。

2018年11月16日至11月21日
我飞往新国和小女儿飞希腊(Greece)。在雅典机场转机飞Santorini。

蔚蓝的天，海和蓝白的建筑物配搭完美无缺。

从爱琴海在飞往雅典，看古迹。非常壮观也感叹古人的工程。

小宝贝长大了，把行程安排的很好。感恩。


2018年12月27日至2019年1月4日，与大女儿飞往意大利，米兰。

她去看她梦寐的大教堂。
最开心是跨国跨年，迎接新年。

2个行程有不一样的个感触。孩子们都长大了。妈妈很感恩她们对我的回馈。
期待另一个行程。

Time

Time flies....

Last post was last year 3rd April.
Need to catch up with time and life going on ..... have been a wonderful life since last post.

Love of Spring & Sakura

Seeing beautiful Sakura full bloom in Japan from Face Book.
I told my girl I love the season.

She said "I am your Sakura."
Indeed she is.
Will be meeting her soon.
Looking forward to meet her.

I trace back to 4 years ago's Spring Season's pictures, I remember the falling beautiful pink petals, was such a wonderful scenery......and I lucky caught one petal in my hand.

I was told that lucky and happiness was caught in my hand.

I believed it  and made a wish there on, that i will visit the land of the rising Sun the least once a year if I can.

2015 was a brand new year
have been a while I did not write anything

January.
I was busy with Chinese New Year preparation

February.
Jean and I flew to Japan again.
It was a interesting trip.
Ginger was there, we have not met for almost one year.
We were far but i can feel that we are near with smart phone.
It was a happy family trip.
We met the Japanese family and friends.
Japan is beautiful which I have fallen in love with it many years ago.

March.
Ginger was home for Chinese New Year.
Some how I was sad but think positive when the time she had to leave me and back to Japan for the last year studies.

April.
It is my miserable month.
I had an operation of navel on 16 April
I had an operation in 2004 and Dr. said it was infection.
I need to go for dressing for 7 days. Oh dear it is killing painsssssssssss.

气球

2014年12月29日，因为工作繁忙，很迟回到家。
一进家门，宝贝女儿说“ 妈咪，看你的房间。”
1，2，3，4，5，6，7，8.。。。。。。。。。
8粒气球！
气球，让我想起小时候妈妈带我出街。看见有气球摊，我吵妈妈买。妈妈买了。交代我小心拿好。
结果，我是那么不心，竟然把球放飞了。

今，手握8粒气球，我想起我小时候飞高的红气球！
蔚蓝的天空，我抓不回的红气球！

我不明白为什么当时卖气球的伯伯没有把球线绑好在我小手。

12月17日在云顶高原度假，看见有单位搞活动。有气球。
我走前去问：“我要，可以给我一粒吗？”
她给，我拿。一个活得半百的人，手握着一粒气球走回酒店。
当时，心情很好。
人群中，我看见一个小妹妹手握着妈妈的手下电梯。我问她：“小妹妹，要气球吗？”
她点头，我给，她拿。告诉她，要握好哦。她很开心，我也开心！

我相信，很多年后，那小女孩会想起，曾经在她记忆里，有人送给她一粒气球。就如我，多年后，仍然对高飞的气球耿耿于怀。

星期日

不是每个星期日是我的。
就像今天。
早上去准备下午会议。
傍晚自我娱乐，
享用简单又营养的食物和饮料
之后， 出席一项音乐会。

累啊！
明天是星期一哦！

星期日

今天通讯一则，小女儿静宇说她不喜欢星期天。
为为工作关系，她务必在星期日工作。

我呢？也开始发现自己没有很多个星期天。
屈指算一算。一年有多少个星期日。自己又真正用了多少天？
每个星期日似乎都用在工作上。

今天难得。星期日不必外出。
就用在收拾家、处理小范围的园艺，再学习自己喜欢的外语。

半天就这样渡过。还蛮写意。缓慢脚步、踏实过每一分钟。

去年2013 的今天 911

时间过得真快。
去年的今天，是宝贝大女儿的大学毕业典礼。
隔天赶飞机去日本8天，看学校也顺道体验秋天的美和寒意。
是秋季。
树叶似乎都换上衣裳。
有红、有绿、有黄。很美的景色。
几个月后，今年的4月，把宝贝丢在那里。让她脱胎换骨。3语加1语，看她往后的造化。

忙碌的日子里，365天就这样流逝。
在那365天的日子里忙了什么？成就了什么？
什么都有。都记在记事本里。
闲空就翻开来看。

Sleepless Night(s)

Slowly...........it is an habit.......i wake up early in the morning and slept late at night. 
I don't know why? could be stress disturbance?, or could be too energetic? or it is a kind of sickness or aging?
I am serious in all things in my life, I am not a carefree, feel free and easy people....though I wanted to be. My friends said this could be the cause.
My face does look tired sometime, but moving up walking around is just fine for me..
I eat good  food and drink good. I have good appetite.
I just turn 50+.........is not old right?
Somehow, i know the reasons............all none of the above. I am me, I know whats going wrong. 
Sleepless nights ............I enjoy. 
I have extra hours to read books, to see TV program and online.........its a gifted hours. 

She turns 21

Today 26 October  in history, 21 years ago.

I became a mother of a girl later named her Ong Jing Yi.
She was white and skinny when she was 5 to 6 years old.
But as years go by....at her teenage, I call her "Fat Fat"and  my friend Anna calls her "Moon Face". It was because she is no more skinny but is .........."Fat Fat" and "Moon Face" spell how she looks.
Now, today she turns 21.
She is no more fat like as what I call her,
but I still like to call her Fat Fat and Anna likes to call Moon Face.I wanted to meet her up today, but I was so committed to my job and  failed to do so. .............Oh Dear!!!!   21 is just once in a life time. I am sorry for not being able to share this beautiful moment with her.

She has a wish.............. she wanted to my girl in her next life.........Its a great wish. I said OK let be in a family again in our next life. 

I love you Jean. Happy Birthday to you!!! No birthday cake but sang you a birthday song via phone..

病猫

生命如弹簧。我知道。
知道没有用，要体会。
今体会到。紧绷的日子一过，我倒了。
Cynthia Lee说Spring loose lo....
今年一共病了3次。厉害吗？破纪录哦。
我要病了才知道睡觉的甜。。。没有梦。

思念

我在短讯说“I miss you.”
她回：“Mom only miss me when Jean is not around.”

No, No, No..............
I miss all.
Everyone.

我回她如上。
的确，我想念每个人。。。。。。。
在的，不在
近的，远的
爱的、不爱的
喜欢的、不喜欢的

都在我思念思维里。。。。

不过，最思念的当然是我两个心肝宝贝！

一场大风雨的收获

我怕大风雨。
如果在外，天空一片乌云，我`会心焦，要快快回家。
我也怕雷响。
前天下了一场大雨。有风。
我在雨点还没落下前赶回到家里。

旁晚时间下雨的好处是，夜里比较凉快。容易入梦。

隔天，我在屋子外边走步，邻居递来一束家园的龙眼。
原来是昨天的大风雨，把她的龙眼树吹倒了。
所幸没有击中屋顶。

我是赚到吃龙眼的福气。
甜。好吃！

重来

今天外出。
走在店外，有对情侣手牵手在我身边走过。
我想起某个人，我们牵过手。

这个思念让我心酸。

大热天，我流汗。

看见那牵手的情侣，我心在滴泪。
我努力控制不让泪水地下。

因为爱过，爱得不够。
我内疚，我遗憾。。。。。

如果，能够重来，
我会珍惜。。。。。。。。。

我哭了

能在天上飞的就只有鸟！

那不是一只普通的鸟
它没有羽毛
虽然是硬邦邦的铁
却不堪一击

那不是一只普通的鸟
它没血没肉
但是
从高空中被击下来
竟然哭号全球。

我哭了

忙

忙的好处是
你可以忘记很多你常常会想起的痛
你可以忘记你爱的人
你会变得很冷漠
日子很容易过
我喜欢忙！

0623 刻骨铭心

今天6月23日是一个刻骨铭心的日子。

11年里，唯去年因为工作，我不能放假，不能正日去到佛堂。
11年了，如果工作允许，我一定会在这一天给自己一天假期，和孩子一同到佛堂去给你上香、诵经。

一年365天，11年有4015天，我没有一天不念你。

思念可以是动力，也有时候是沮丧的。。。。这就是我的弱点，

我尽力往好方面想，是你的慈悲给我自由身。
但是，如果有的选择，我不要这样的结局。我要一起老。

如果能够，从新来过。再爱。
我会珍惜你。

因为不能再爱，我只能呵护你两个宝贝女儿。还好，我没有溺爱她们。

11年的这一天，我还没有独自来佛堂的一次。
是去年开始，因为孩子在外地读书，我们没有三人行来佛堂。去年大宝贝陪我，今天，巧逢周末，小宝贝从都城回来。我们一老一少去给你谈心。
来年的这一天，如果孩子都在外地，不能回来，我就得孤家寡人来了。。。。。。
